When You’re Eligible
You can request a FREE replacement or refund if:
- Plant arrives dead or badly damaged
- Wrong plant or seeds are delivered
- Seeds are damaged or expired
- Packaging is damaged during transit

Please share a clear unboxing video or photos immediately after delivery.
Requests without proof may not be approved.
What’s Normal for Live Plants
- Mild leaf yellowing
- Slight wilting after transit
- Temporary stress due to weather or travel
- Most plants recover well with basic care.
When Refund or Replacement Is Not Applicable
- Damage due to improper watering, sunlight, or soil
- Natural plant behavior or seasonal changes
- Courier or weather-related delays
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
Replacement Comes First
- FREE replacement for approved cases
- Shipped in the next dispatch cycle
- No extra delivery charges
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible
- Amount credited to the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Seeds Policy
- Seeds are non-returnable once opened
- Replacement/refund only if damaged, expired, or incorrect
- Germination depends on soil, climate, and care
