1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our nursery.

Once the cancellation request is confirmed, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our facility.
Because plants are perishable and shipped through logistics partners, cancellation after dispatch is not possible.
Customers are requested to check order details carefully before confirming their purchase.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Cancellation by econurturing
We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailable or out of stock
- Payment failure or verification issues
- Incorrect pricing due to technical error
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
